Green Building Consulting

Certification support that starts at design, not at documentation.

Overview

Green building certification rewards decisions taken early — orientation, envelope, water strategy, materials and systems. Teams that engage a consultant only at the documentation stage usually pay more for fewer credits.

We work alongside architects and MEP consultants from concept onward, targeting a realistic rating under IGBC, GRIHA or LEED and carrying the documentation through to award, while keeping the project's statutory environmental obligations aligned.

How we deliver it

  1. 1

    Feasibility

Achievable credits and rating level are assessed against the project brief and budget.

  2. 2

    Design integration

Credit requirements are written into the design and tender documents.

  3. 3

    Documentation

Evidence is assembled and submitted through the certification cycle.

  4. 4

    Construction support

Site practices, materials and commissioning are verified against credit requirements.

  5. 5

    Award

Reviewer queries are closed and certification is secured.

Frequently asked questions

Which rating system should we choose?

IGBC and GRIHA are Indian systems well recognised domestically, while LEED carries weight with international tenants and investors. The right choice depends on your occupier profile and project type.

When should a green building consultant be appointed?

At concept design. The highest-value credits relate to site, orientation, envelope and systems, and those decisions are locked in early.

Does certification also cover statutory compliance?

No. Certification is voluntary and separate from Environmental Clearance and pollution control board consent, though the underlying studies often overlap.
