Overview

Our engineering team designs and reviews Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants, RO systems and Zero Liquid Discharge schemes, backed by more than twenty years of associate experience commissioning plants across Karnataka and India.

Work ranges from techno-feasibility and detailed design for new plants, to diagnosing why an existing plant fails its outlet standards and specifying the minimum intervention that fixes it.

Frequently asked questions

How is STP capacity decided?

Capacity follows the design sewage flow, derived from occupancy and water supply figures with an allowance for peak factor. Oversizing wastes capital and causes poor performance at low load, so the survey stage matters.

When is Zero Liquid Discharge mandatory?

ZLD is imposed on specific highly polluting categories and on units in certain locations by CPCB or the state board. Where it is not mandatory, treated water reuse often still makes economic sense.

Can you fix an existing plant instead of replacing it?

Frequently, yes. Many failing plants suffer from operational issues or a single undersized unit rather than a fundamentally wrong design.
